Engineering and collective catering equipment

For the design and execution of collective catering projects, as well as the procurement of equipment, the catering engineering bureau assesses the specific constraints related to the creation, renovation, or restructuring of collective catering units, determining the best solutions for each situation.

With its multidisciplinary approach, this department serves as the primary interface between various specialists involved in the project. Their expertise spans across several domains, including processes, systems, energy, materials, infrastructure, equipment, hygiene management, regulations, and environmental considerations.

Standardized and well-tested procurement and equipment monitoring processes ensure the reliability and competitiveness of the equipment prices.

A team of specialists is available for four key areas of intervention

  1. Catering engineering services : Conducting design studies for various project types, including new construction, partial or complete renovations
  2. Procurement of collective catering equipment
  3. Rental or procurement of temporary catering structures
  4. Equipment maintenance

Management of collective catering equipment maintenance is facilitated through a dedicated application. This application serves as a digital platform accessible via the internet, utilized by both the client and maintenance service provider. Its use allows for tracking all maintenance activities, both corrective and preventive, while ensuring adherence to contractual intervention timelines. The platform also includes financial and statistical modules to enhance the overall monitoring process.
